i don't want from UK because it costs more and i can afford to pay 15 euro's max for a RPS 1

Yeah of course it costs more...
Ovh.co.uk is around 11.49GBP that means 12,50 Euros
And ovh.com at 11.95 Euros

But i'm not sure that a reseller will give you that RPS for only 15 Euros bcz if you add paypal fees it will cost him more than he'll make. (I'm not 100% sure as i do not know how much paypal fees are). But for 15 Euros you can get a seedbox from some one :/
If you although have a friend somewhere at uk or fr or it or germany you can tell him to create an account for you.

You will need to install everything yourself.
Just use the guide that is a sticky from NAQ.

French ovh seems to have less resrictions than uk ovh, at least kimsufi.com is better than kimsufi.co.uk , there's no 8mbit speed cap on the cheapest kimi L.

Who said there is an 8mbit speed cap on kimsufis?? Standard kimsufis have no cap.. Only burstable.

And ovh.com uses still the sla & nosla mode . So it's useless to compare them.

kimsufi.com doesnt seem to have this, also not sure about if they have the infrastructure policy.
