NOTE: In order to do this you'll need a jailbroken iPod Touch/iPhone.

Open Cydia
Search for "ctorrent" (without quotes)
Download/Install it

Search for "mobile terminal" (without quotes)
Download/Install it

Search for "dtunes" (without quotes)
Download/Install it

Now go to dTunes and tap the "Search" tab
Search for your prefferd torrent and download it
Go back to the "Browse" tab and your torrent should be there
Click On It (dTunes will exit)
It will be opened in terminal
Type this command

I wont tell you how to stop seeding coz thats the whole point of p2p but if someone want to then just post it.
