Looking for a tech. tracker!

Wow...looks like i'm asking about types of trackers after every second day...forgive me for that....but i wanted to know if there's a tracker that keeps guides, apps etc..etc...to for example overclock etc etc...ur PC..

Why would you need a tracker for that kind of stuff. Simple tech forums will do the job.

well....since my PC build us so what word should i use....mmm....stupid seems to come to mind, :p all tech forums say that it's supposedly unclockable for a noob...but instead of just telling me how....they start going about a rant on how i wont be able to do it....
