Pluging A Rasterops Monitor On My Pc

I've bought a second hand 19 or 20 inches monitor brand "Rasterops".
The guy who sold it told me that it's Pc & Mac compaptible, and that little time ago, it used to be pluged onto a pc. He precised that I just had to buy a cable as it doesn't fit on my graphic card. Then I went to some pc hardware shop, and they told me that maybe I would have to buy also a special adaptator. But the guy wasn't sure on that.

References of this monitor are "GMD-1937". I've done a search with copernic but I didn't find anything.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
