remember the 1.7.3 1.7.4 and 1.7.5 versions of utorrent i think it was.

Everyone said its fine, a day later a bug, next one was released, again its fine, a day later another bug, so released a new version.

That is why we dont just jump in head first and allow them straight away, it will always take a week or 2 for a new client to be allowed on BCG.

I totally agree with you. Rather be safe than sorrow.

A lot of time, newer version has bug and still in beta.

Well its not only that but every time we allow a client, we have to restart the db/server as well, which obviously is not a good thing, and the min amount of times we can do that the better. so if we do that 3 times in a week, it pisses a lot of members off, because they loose stats, even if it is just for a short period.

and we have a white list because when we had a blacklist and seen the amount of clients that we had never heard of being used, it was silly.

You obviously know more details first hand. As an administrator or system operator, there are a lot of thing running in the background we usu don't see.

It's a tough choice right now. Using BMTV or seeding on BCG

Easy choice....Do whatever is best for you?
Seeding may be a must, so that your acct will not be jeopardized.
