I am after a program to lock my keyboard plus my mouse is also a option while i am download so it stops people using my computer

why not just use a password protected screen saver?

Or, hit the Windows key and L together. This locks your computer. That's assuming you're on 2000 or XP.

How do you unlock it?

When you 'lock' your computer, it sends you to the log in screen where you need to enter your password to 'unlock' your computer.

YEs all it does is put the login screen over it.

You really should password your account, particularly if you have administrator priviliges.
