when i open the pc i got many of these pop ups

so any idea why ?

That's not your only problem. One of your IE windows has the text all screwed up.

what does that's mean ? how i can fix it ? is it a common problem without a solution ? do i have to reinstall windows ? don't u think that the main problem is a windows called vista which has thousand of bugs everyday ???
