most of college campuses keep a really close tag on how much you download every week . So you can only browse and stuff like that

You can set it up through UDP tunneling, but you can only get 4 max connections, so speeds are atrocious.

Naix, my uni doesnt care how much I download, I can download terabytes from FTP or from HTTp, but 70MB torrent and theyll cut my internet.

get a seedbox and download only from there via ssl ftp

Your best alternative is to use a DC++ hub on campus. Start one up with your friends if one doesn't exist. Remember to host off campus though. If you host on your PC, you probably would get shut down.

Am i the only one who gets free wireless from off campus,i get like 5(sniff strongly and u shall find)...u know he could go to jail if he gets caught(its what started the busts in operation buccaneer way back when),and in jail they will turn him into a woman,you tell him that...rules are rules if its prohibited then its not worth the risk,especially when someone is looking...fb,stream hulu,rs(u can pm for site with the fastest rs and other one click host pretimes<--lol @ that)and graduate early would be my advice..
