something very important if you want to use newsleecher or alt.binz
1.cmd>netsh interface portproxy add v4tov6 listenport=119 connectaddress=news.ipv6.eweka.nl connectport=119
2.server address- localhost
just replace with whatever IPv6 server your using.

and set my server to localhost port to 1119 and 1118 but non worked.

It's port 119 not 1119 or 1118

i have tried some more and now getting new error:

tried other port numbers too.

It's this:
cmd>netsh interface portproxy add v4tov6 listenport=119 connectaddress=news.ipv6.eweka.nl connectport=119
Then set eweka in newsbin servers and use port 119
Try with another client and see if you still get the error.
