Is it trully on 2 gigabit lines? Can i buy it if i dont live in france?

No it's not... It has 2x 1Gbit to the switch but only 100Mbit per server dedicated speed.

Interesting since their site says Connectivité de 100Mbit/sec à 2x1Gbit/sec par serveur, dont 100Mbit/sec garantis par compte Dedibox, trafic illimité which roughly translates to 100Mbit guaranteed per server but all servers are hooked up using 2Gbit to the switch. Yet, my French isn't that good so I might be wrong here.

Maybe this is about guaranteed line(per every server) and it has 2x1gbit with its own network...
Remember Ovhs gigabits only gigabit between their network and 100mbit for every and other provider...
so what i understand from this:you have 100mbit server normally but it has 2x1gbit connection for dedibox line(network)
I know ovh has something like this but for ovh this is not make any sense cuz most seedbox users from ovh and kimsufi so their gigabit servers working full capability.
