dunno any tracker dedicated to general 0day apps only unless u are into music apps.
Stick with general 0day sites.

Any general tracker will probably do you well. TL for instance.
TL is the great place + 0day packs
ipt has tones or demonoid

u know, instead of going for a torrent racker, you could go for katz.cd , as far as i've figured, i think it's an indexing service of sorts and i don't think i've had a bad file downloaded yet!
