uTorrent speed question

In uTorrent as you all likely know, there is a tab titled 'Speed' which traditionally has shown a line graph of both download and upload speeds. However, I have upgraded to the newest version (1.8.2) and now see a third line; a dark red line that always sits at a constant speed (1120kBps).

It doesn't not represent the upload speed as that is a separate, bright red line.

What is that line for?

I can only guess that its where your max speed is set? is it 1120 or 11200?

Yeah that's it, the red one is your upload limit that is capped 1120 kbps.

If you set the download limit, a constant green line will appear too.

Odd that it has 1120 as the default now instead of 0 (unlimited).
