Best Cleaning Program

I need a good all in one cleaning program that cleans all the windows crap, temp folders, internet temp pages, registry, etc.

I have been using Ashampoo WinOptimizer but they have not updated in years. So I swithced to the Platinum version () and guess what the dumb thing tried to delete my eMule temp files !!!! This program is so useless.. So I am looking for something that does a descent job. Anyone can help mw with that?

It does alot more then that but i recommend system mech becuse it does what windows washer does but it does a hella lot more. It cleans you reg. , short cuts, and stuff like that.
