I thoroughly enjoy 8-Bit Theater even if its cliche.
I've also come to laugh my arse off at San Three Kingdoms Comic if you're into that whole Sangoku thing.

although the DVD version is more worth the watch at this point in time. They combine the animated still frames and word bubbles with actual voices , sound efx and a score ... A hauntingly beautiful series ...

This is cliche but xkcd is maybe my favorite, competing hard with Questionable Content though (it's cool webcomic about indierock fans, got to start from 1 though).
