    Hmm.. I downloaded Final Fantasy 7
    And, after I tried to play the game...

    First, it's supposed to be a CD-Free version
    and when I opened the game.. it asked for the CD's

    Second.. I unzipped the installer.. and I couldn't run the installer..
    because it said that it is for Windows 95 Only..

    is there a way I can install it?

    (There aren't any virus in it.. I scaned it like 3 times)

    probably not if it says it's for 95 only. that does sound kind of weird though. sounds like you got a crap version. try getting it again.

    go to the website and see what the system requirements are.

    The Requirements came in the download, they are listed below

    ======================
    1. System Requirements
    ======================
    Final Fantasy VII has the following minimum system requirements:
    Pentium 133 w/ supported 3D accelerator card (4Mb video memory or greater)
    or P166 w/out supported 3D accelerator card (see below)
    Intel or 100% Intel-compatible CPU
    32 Mb RAM
    4x CD-ROM drive
    Windows 95
    DirectX 5.1 (included on Installation CD)
    DirectMedia 5.2 (included on Installation CD)

    I am NOT going to download it again.. because.. it took HOURS.. KLite has been pathetically slow.. for me.. it takes a minute to download a MB sometimes.. up to 3 mins for a MB

    I have a so called "High Speed" ISP
    Earthink Cable Provided By Time Warner

    so.. it should be faster..

    =EDIT=
    Would it help if I download a XP Patch for it?

    For FF7 you need a Win2k/XP patch.

    FF7(and possibly 8) is written in a 16-bit executable. There are patches available, that fix more than just incompatibility. Download them off the site. I'd also patch the Direct3d dependancies it has, because they're outdated and could look a lot better with DX9.

    This happens with a lot of old games, mostly. Only some applications that aren't games are affected.
