You are doing the same math as some how takes his car to the shop and only accounts for the parts.

When you have a low user count per server, and have professional support for users (which is not limited only to fix actual problems, but teach them to use a seedbox for the first time, deal with ratio, etc), the margin per server is very low. And it takes a couple of months even to break even in each server, considering that (until you wait to have a waiting line) servers may be almost empty for a while - you can't order as needed as some providers may take a week or even two to fullfill your order.

To put it another way: If seedboxes were such a lucrative business, server.lu, OVH and so on would just do it themselves.
