As far as I know, BCG doesn't allow ip range change...

Really though, giving away any account is risky, but RevTT is one of those that with which a person has to be cautious. The only other tracker I can think of at which someone can be more fucked is GFT. Get banned from there, and you're banned allover.(though I'm not saying this is such a bad thing, I respect the staff there a lot.)

Anything is possible. Tracker admins talk to each other quite frequently so who knows exactly what would happen. That's why it's best to be very cautious.
Obviously I'm not 100% sure. What I am 100% sure about is that it's a lot safer to accept an invite rather than an account.
