AMD's new parts share the following specifications.

    Approximately 105.9 million transistors
    130nm SOI process technology
    193mm2 die size
    1MB L2 cache (128KB L1 cache)

Computing in AMD's 64-bit environment offers several benefits.

    Support for 32-bit/64-bit operating systems
    Simultaneous multitasking of 32-bit/64-bit applications
Address up to one terabyte (TB) of system RAM
SSE2 instruction set (matching Pentium 4)

    supports 1 terrabyte RAM

    feck!

How come they don't know exactly how many transistors are in this chip?
Oh boy, a terabyte of RAM.
    I'm sure that's cheap...

1 terrabyte RAM,I think this is more aimed at server use or something.
    I remember when I bought my first 8-meg fpm chip,it was $159.
    Last 512meg dim was $59.
