I guess but if u really liked the team u would make the trip i mean lots o people travel from Connecticut to New York to see the yankees thats about 80 miles more probibly it won&#39;t last long they loose one game and they will look like the Devil Rays park

How long does a season last? It seems like it would have to be at least a decade.

Or is it 162 games for all clubs in the league added together.

The most suck assed game lasts that long.

In comparison

Basketball has 80 games.

Football has 16.

That tells something about the physical aspect of baseball. The players don't really move alot.

Most of the time they are either simply standing up or sitting down.

The travelling must be a real killer. It still doesn't seem real to me, the concept of more than one game a week is still a little alien to me - even tho' in Soccer it's normal now.

Btw, I can't believe those lazyass NFL players only have to play half a game - tops - 16 times a season. Their physical condition when compared to rugby players is .... ahhh fuck it
