    I download a lot of simpsons episodes and i keep them in a folder but not long ago when i tried to play them the picture is a grey screen and its not like im playing one i just downloaded im playing one i used to be able to play in the past im useing the same programs to view them in

    I had the same problem, its yor codecs. You have to reinstall them.
