port forwarding on mac for utorrent

i've never had a problem port forwarding with my PCs, but i just got a mac and i can't seem to get utorrent green lighted.

i can get utorrent connectable by setting up a static ip, but no other programs can connect...only utorrent. when i go back to dynamic settings everything works but utorrent.

i've followed all the guides i've found multiple times.
any help?

so i just tried dhcp setting with a manual address and seems to be working ok.

ok...i'm getting pretty good dl/ul speeds, but i'm still red.
i've done portforward.com 100 times.
should i configure a mac with "dhcp and manual address"?
