    Is there a way to watch bin/cue file,without burning them on a cd? any program or some way else to open the file?

    Yes, With WinIso or IsoBuster just extract to the folder u want but I prefer to use IsoBuster. It doesn't really matter though.

    Use VCDgear it's the best !! it extracts the mpg out of the .bin

    just type it into Google and yes, it is freeware.

    videolan.org can open them, if you have clonecd installed with virtual clone drive (that restarts ur comp if u try to use it to burn lol...) then you can mount and view
