You didn't read it correctly then
"the RIAA has distributed versions of KaZaA Lite with warning messages to potential infringers, which it deems "monopolistic and conspiratorial" behavior."
But doesnt matter anyway...I wouldn't download a tool to get all kinds of songs illegally, from a place that made those songs and is trying to protect them

RIAA is getting a lot of bad press i think if they keep it up it will do more harm than good
