What is "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services?!?" taken from Black Vipers site.
My understanding is that most ISP's require this to provide a connection. Mind you, if it's causing you no problems the that's great.Are you in the UK? If so, what ISP?

the only thing i can think of is that the automatic internet lock is on.
open zone alarm, then click the program control tab.
if the automatic lock is on, turn it off.
that's all the advise i have but good luck.
