Thread: Xp Shoutdown Problem

    I just formatted my disk,installed XP home and takes a lot to shoutdown,before this i never have the problem.I don't have programs installed that can slow my system .Any ideea?

    maybe there are services running now by default which you had disabled before...

    Maybe you should look at your hardware. I've heard about the cpu can run slowly if it's too hot.

    I found that after I reinstalled XP and all the updates that it needed a good defrag.
