eMule - 2.5 Years ago
uTorrent - Since I've deleted eMule from my PC
I won't mention any bittorrent software.
Audiogalaxy - RIP
DC++ - Used for random stuff. Once I get my files together I'll use it for comics.
eMule - Only use it once in a while to get something that can't be found elsewhere.
Epicea (giFT) - Barely used, didn't find what I wanted.
Kazaa Lite - Awful.
MUTE - Used it in 2005 and didn't really like it.
Phex (Gnutella)
Soulseek - I still use it after all this time.
WinMX - Well, it was decent in 2002. Why do people keep trying to resurrect it?
