What Prog Do You Use To Make Caps?

i want to make some clear one frame shots from my videos but i don't know how or what to use..how do you make a cap so that you can convert it to wallpaper quality?

Snagit is perfect.

Aslo press print screen and paste it in paint. Also if you want to take a screenshot of just the app thats on the screen hit alt+print screen.

I alway's use Zoom Player for taking my screenshot's of video's, as it can play almost all format's and every format it can play it can take a screenshot of :-)

okay, i got into the paint shop program, but when i paste it , it comes out really huge, then i try to proportionally shrink it in the attributes section, but then it ends up cutting off a portion of the original image, and when i drag in or out the "slant arrows" at the corner, the image get's replaced by white background...
