One would think that all well-run trackers have at least one person, other than the owner, that has access to the database. I'm sure not all trackers have 'emergency' plans in place in case the owner dies, but there's usually someone else that has access to all the data.

I suppose the tracker would die then, unless the company in charge of the server (if there's one) decides to take control if it.
