THE VICTIM IS NOT AT FAULT -- WHAT SHOULD YOU DO
    PISSBUBBLES, IF YOU ARE HARASSED?
Immediately tell the harasser to stop his improper actions "now." Report the harassment to a supervisor in writing. Do not wait to see if it "gets worse." If the harasser was your supervisor, or there is no immediate action against a fellow employee harasser (after being reported to management), then legal action should be instigated quickly before your job situation deteriorates. It is also good to have all those persons who were harassed complain together. It takes the pressure off one worker and has a greater effect in changing the illegal job practices. Get supportive medical or counseling help quickly if needed.
