you are still infriding copright while copying that particualr song onto another CD

hey put it this way

lets say I copy a tool album Lateralus then chuck 4 more albums on the end of it right

I have 5 albusm on that CD but its still known as a mixed CD

so there is no difference you see??

If I called, and spoke with someone at capitol records and told them I wanted to make a personal copy of two of their artist's albums on just one CD. Yout think there would be a problem from the record company?

I do that as well but making your own is so much fun, I often ask friends to make me a mix just to hear some varied stuff and/or hear something new or learn something about that person.

doing it in the butt mix for example...

you see a whole album is copyrighted which means that the format of that album can me changed by the way it was if you know what I mean
