I have installed the latest flash plugin for firefox and yet cannot view certain content on some websites.e.g empire cinemas seat plan. any ideas what might be causing this or any possibe solutions?thanks

Are you sure it isn't Java content?

If you're certain it requires Flash, try reinstalling the plugin in this manner:

Download Flash plugin to your desktop.
Completely close out all windows of Firefox.
Double-click and install plugin.
Open FF and view content.

Also try clearing your cache in FF.


I just tested that empire site and I can see the seating plan fine in FF with flash installed.
It's flash, not java.

I tried clearing the cache, deleting cookies but unfortunately have the same problem any other ideas?thanks

Could you link us to the page in question?

Also, what version of FF are you using?
