Dvd To Divx Tutorial

Hey,
Where could i find a good tutorial that describes in detail how to convert DVD movie to DivX and fit it to one cd without loosing much of the quality.

if your talking about playing it on a stand alone dvd player you need to look into kvcd
check out http://www.kvcd.net
I use the gordain knot method
http://gknot.doom9.org/
then I use acp (in my sig) to convert to kvcd


if you just want to rip to divx use the gordain knot method
gives the best results, but not very noob friendly

or just get yourself Super DVD Ripper, the Easiest DVD ripping program out there...

one tuch programs can never give you the quailty of the right way
but that is a pretty fast one, fastest i ever tried that was one step

Those guides are confusing and incomplete, specially for newbie users.

but they are far from incompleat
you might not be able to compleat them but others have no problem

rip with DVD DECRYPTER.
convert with EASY DIVX.
cut withEASY VIDEO SPLITTER.
all free.
dead easy.

bet the guy who ripped LOTR had alot of nerve.. And Stabality.. that 2 towers ripp was awsome.
