Unable to sign into PureTNA...

My home computer was being constantly redirected to the FAQ, so I decided to sign up from an alternate location. I read in the "contact us" part of the site that being redirected to the FAQ every time was a normal problem, and to send an email to the staff. So I sent an email to the staff with the exact directions specified, and my account got disabled .

I then made another account from the alternate location and posted in their forums asking why I was disabled, and I got disabled again .

I have no idea what I had done wrong, I hadn't even DLed anything before they disabled my first account. Any help would be appreciated...

No matter how unreasonable the admin was though, something still pissed him off.

I hadn't even started using the site and I was banned. No posts in forums, no DLs yet, just banned immediately. I'm really hoping to get some kind of input on it =/
