You might also notice that a certain die-hard Highwinds fanboy is now spreading false propaganda on DSLreports.com -- and often going unchallenged.

Bintube has always emphasized the video streaming capability of its usenet client. Changing to Highwinds will eliminate streaming a lot of movies and TV shows, due to Highwinds chronic completion problems. Par files are useless for streaming, since the entire set of rars must be downloaded first before the pars can fix incompletes. I've got to assume that Bintube's owner must be completely ignorant of these pertinent facts.

I just hope that the Bintube client supports fill servers; otherwise it's doomed as a streaming tool.

No love here. Tried downloading a game with no joy. Blocknews worked fine so cancelled Bintube account. Going to use Astraweb and blocknews in some combo.
