Thread: Windows 7 "Disk Space" Setup Error!

    Hi

    Ok so i have download "MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.7.ULTIMATE.RTM.X64.OEM" YOMOFOSHEREISOEM release,

    I have an Intel Core Due6700 @2.66 which is 64bit, i start setup from reboot, and on Disk selection no matter which one i choose i get "Not Enough Space" Error although if check from picture taken HERE that i have enough space on all my driver except one(which i dont use).
    can anybody tell me a reason.

    Not sure if it will help but have you tried clicking "Drive options (advanced)" and choosing format?

    Or hit refresh ? Should you not be installing on Disk 0 Partition 1 .

    the problem was the System drive, i had my windows xp on before installing Vista on the following partition, then removed XP from the the 1st one and re-sized to 100MB, now Win7 somehow wants to save the file on it for instillation, obviously there is no space,i couldn't Merge or resize it so i didnt take much tension and bought me another 160GB caviar.
