So any OVH reseller can't offer that. Aside from French kimsufi, either they haven't updated their site or they are still offering unlimited.

The next best bet is server.lu I think, resellers of those.

I know someone that is reselling boxes I belive they are OVH but not quite sure. For the price range you are looking at they are unlimited in traffic and amount of torrents (maybe some sorta fair usage applies) If you want there e-mail let me know and I will forward it to you.

I didn't have any problems with server.lu this week except 1 server didn't come back up after their announced network outage. It was back up after about 36-48 hours but all content was untouched and haven't noticed any problems.
