Is It Ok To "borrow" Mirc6.1?

I don't even like mirc that much because i hate ident and many of the servers won't let you be completely unidentified so i don't wanna puchase it. I'm guessing it won't pull one of those dirty tricks like the new nav2004 live update but who knows? Anyway, should I "borrow" mirc?

irc-ork is an irc bot.
Connects/Scans thousands of irc servers at once
allows u to search all those servers for a file.. Really saves time
