If you want rare packs then I suggest BitMeTv. Packs will be seeded forever there because a minority of seedbox users get most of the upload from 0day torrents. I doubt a small community could sustain packs at a fast transfer rate indefinitely.

From what I've seen so far it's pretty much content you can find everywhere else. But the site is still new... So maybe in the future there will be some rarer packs.

If you've ever been a member of any other community based tracker with a slick design and the intent on staying small, then you've seen all the packs that will be regurgitated at packme.in. Indeed, you'll see all the familiar faces or their doppelgangers commenting "Great Pack <3 OMGZ".
