How do we know the RIAA actually does put fake files out there ??

Yes, if someone confesses to do something then thats how u know they did it.

There could be some asshole thats doing it too, but the RIAA already said they were doing it.

Just so you know, im from the UK so I dont really read anything to do with the RIAA and had just occured to me I had never really known why people accussed them all this stuff to do with Kazaa but as Agent Smith said they have at some point said they are.

I cant see what good it does them putting fake files out there next to real files it does not acheive anything.

To put them out makes us not want to, it hasels us and makes it anoying. I personaly havent had one screechy song so i dont care. They think if they can corrupt the network people will stop using it.
