Anger Management Dvd Rip Not Working

hey i was wondering if anyone had any problems watching the anger management dvd rip encoded with the xvid codec. i have problems watching it every once in awhile because when i play it blurry colorful lines go side to side pretty much screwing up the whole movie. any answers or suggestions? i already have the xvid codec and it worked yesterday....government got to it already or what?

get nic's xvid codec, its the most stable of the three
or just watch it in videolan
