I'm trying to get my hands on GTA3 or Vice City. However even though these games have many users (40-60), the transfer speed won't go above 1.00kb/s

Even when downloading from 20+ users, each users uploads at 0.01-0.05kb/s.

I usually see speeds in excess of 75kb/s...sometimes even in excess of 200kb/s.

Any ideas?

are you using a klite hash?

Just look at the filesize on the hash, then use ur search function and find the files instead of actually using the hash...u will usually get more sources...

use the filesize as a guideline.
or find a good http (w**ez site).

I have bittorrent, however the filesizes are usually quite high....i have a monthly dload limit...

IN the meantime i'll use kazaa and see what happens...it's hovering around 5kb/s at the moment

Thanks, but as i said earlier, torrent files are too big for my dload limit...rip versions are often a lot smaller ie: missing movies etc... thats what im really after
