Thread: Blue Screen Memory Dumps

  1. #1
Help! Gurus! Anyone! I'm at the end of my bloody rope!

Every time I launch Klite and dload I get a nasty blue screen error which tells me
    driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, stop 0x00000D1 (0x00000008, etc, etc.)
Beginning physical dump of memory. Memory Dump complete.

    I'm consistently experiencing these puppies.

    1) What the hell is goin' on?
    2) If it's a software conflict with XP, NAV, and NSWorks, how do I reslove it?
    3) How do I "disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing"?
    4) Is this wise to do so?

ANYTHING would help! I'd appreciate it terribly!

    Thanks, all!

    Consistent in confusion,

    -P.

It only happens when you use K-lite?
    Try a different version.

    Thanks, you two.

At first it was only klite, but then it started happening when I'd hopped onto the net. Then it started happening all the time. I've called support and they've prompted me to repair win xp home edition. Right now I have NAV and SystemsWorks on my machine and that's what I thought was causing the blue screens.

    What's "sps"? Spysoftware, you mean?

The screen was telling me driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, (then it gave me a whole bunch o' 0x0000008, etc. etc.) It prompted me to disable bios memory options such as caching and shadowing. After, it dumped my memory and said memory dump complete. How shitty is this? I'm beginning to think WINxp is a virus.....who said that one? Anyway, it seems to be okay right now. Should I tweak it or leave well enough alone?

    Go to start then run

    type /sfc scannow

After that run scandisk and check both options. It will tell you it needs a special part of the disk and should schedule a time... Click yes then restart computer

James_Bond_Rulz: Can you seriously "nuke" people while sharing? Is that possible?

    Kiler:

    I've been gettin' two errors:

    1) multiple_irc_requests

    and:

    2) driver_irql_not_less_or_equal error

    Thanks for helpin' all!
