That could be it, my keyboard is quite old and I can't find it anywhere.
Spendog dosen't seem to know either.

Try holding down the A, N and Y keys, then press enter

i just phoned microsoft tech support and they couldn't give me an answer...

There doesn't appear to be anything in the Microsoft FAQ about N keys falling of

now my finger is glued to my head and the "n" key is still broken
