I guess you can use the "File Sharing" section.

No, there is no section to specifically discuss Scene stuff. There's only what you can see under "File Sharing Discussions and Support" in the index.

What makes a 'scene' release of something as opposed to some individual who has done basically the same thing on their own - I've always wondered about that. Can anyone shed some light on that?
