Installing Windows Xp

I'm currently running Windows 2000 and want to upgrade to
Windows XP.
I've got the Windows XP reg codes tbut the codes only let
me install the software on a clean machine. They don't let
me upgrade my current software!

Does anyone have any UPGRADE reg codes?

This is a confusing question. (wording is not clear)

Are you doing a "clean install" or upgrade ?

And what do you mean by "reg codes" ? Do you mean 'Product Key' ?

If you are trying to upgrade, I suggest you do a clean install. Start with a blank drive.
