Am I the only one who sees a huge rise in the number of people who type "of" instead of "have"? Example "I should of done this" "I wish you would of..." etc.
If you are getting sick of seeing the same people butcher the english language in some specific way post it here.

I'm not a grammar expert, but some of my peeves include...
"First off" instead of 'First of all'
"your" instead of 'you're' or 'You are'
"there" instead of 'their'
"noone" instead of 'no one' or 'nobody'
But I can tollerate a normal typo, where you hit 2 keys at once, or hit the key next to the one you intended to hit.
The one I really hate is rife among football commentators:

The usage of "Then", when the correct word is "Than". Seeing as how "Than" is a perfectly good word, distinct from "then" in appearance and pronunciation.
But I've got no problem with colloquialisms, like "yer" instead of "your", or "I should of done this" instead of "I should have done this", or "sorta'" instead of "sort of".
A good thing about the internet is the linguistic freedom/anarchy that exists, so I'm not sure this thread is a good idea.

There are literally too many to note, but alongside Lamsey's I must note (from American football) the decades-old use of the phrase, "high, end-over-end kick" should long ago have been replaced with the correct "high end-UNDER-end kick...."
