Thread: Xvid To Vcd

  1. #1
    I have this xvid DVD rip of the movie finding nemo.How do i convert it into VCD format. I have already tried TMPGenc.At first it didnt even recognize the format.So i installed K-lite Full pack with xvid encoder.But then TMPGenc wouldnt encode the audio(128 kbps mp3 48 khz).Plus it also showed the output file to be 2.5 gb wierd cause the original file is 698 mb.

    Plus in the Xvid file the frames freeze after 58050 till the end.But if u were to directly jump to 58200 the movie plays fine.Even while encoding the frozen frame repeats itself completely.Divx anti freeze only works for Divx movies.

    Some body please help.

    Dunno if this will help but:-

    If you have a good quality .avi you can directly burn it to a good quality vcd using Nero 5.5.9.0. All you need to do is uninstall all codecs and install kazaalite's codec package - before you burn and it works fine, no need for encoding etc, just straight .avi to vcd

    Nero Hash

    File:Nero 5.5.9.0 + Serial.exe
    Length:12461608 Bytes,12170KB
    UUHash:=Ok2nsAEArZZWAiDzdRw+HfmuYdM=

    Kazaa Codecs Hash

    File:klcodec203f.exe
    Length:7798213 Bytes,7615KB
    UUHash:=jqa38Yry4oFlSb2UjpkLl5q5Wz8=
