yes this is pretty much a stanard rule on all torrent sites...
if everyone was just a leech the whole system would collapse

It works on demonoid... It can also work on whatcd/waffles because others will want to seed to get a buffer, then use that buffer up later on other torrents seeded by other members seeding indefinately for buffer.Originally Posted by Raban
