Yes I did and it gives me an error 711 but my Telephony Service is running
remove the telephony from the device list and then try installing the modem . another thing to check is to make sure the modem is fully seated and that any special connections ie cable to sound card are on the right pins
Thanks for the suggestion but I actually got it fixed. I installed Windows XP Service Pack 1 and now my RAS is working perfectly.
