can someone check if this release 'Iron Man Blu-Ray 1080p AVC CEE TrueHD 5.1' is in an iso format or the torreent contains the entire seperate files on hdbits.org, thanks!

It's almost certainly not going to be in iso format. Most people prefer to prepare the burn themselves.
